After being in mortgages, Art saw the many ways people could invest in real estate and start to build their foundation for wealth. His goal is to share this information with all prospective buyers, no matter their background, so they can find a place to call home and build their wealth for their families for generations to come.

As Chairman of the Mortgage Committee for AREAA National, he brings a wealth of expertise in helping home buyers, real estate agents, and financial advisors navigate the mortgage process.
Jaad launched his career in 2000, playing a key role in building a Michigan-based mortgage brokerage into the 5th largest in the state, managing over $100 million in residential closings. He also co-founded the CMPS Institute, which trains and certifies mortgage professionals. Since relocating to Atlanta in 2014, he has originated and closed over $300 million in residential mortgages.
In his free time, Jaad enjoys working out, dancing, playing basketball, and spending quality time with his wife and children.
